Greensburg, PA – January 24, 2020 – For the fourth annual Loan Vision User Conference, the team behind the mortgage accounting solution is heading to Denver, Colorado. From September 20th – 22nd, attendees will be welcomed to the Mile-High City for user education, industry-centered discussions, and various opportunities to collaborate with other Loan Vision users at the Brown Palace Hotel and Spa.
“The environment we’ve been able to create for the past three years has allowed customers and partners alike to engage and discuss problems facing the industry and finance departments,” said Martin Kerr, President of Loan Vision. “While we aim to educate others on the Loan Vision system, the thoughts and ideas exchanged between the attendees are just as beneficial as the knowledge we pass on.”
As with the past three conferences, one of the main goals for Loan Vision is to foster that synergetic environment for all in attendance. “It’s a great way to meet peers from other mortgage companies, hear about what issues they may be facing, and learn the ways they are leveraging the system that we may not have thought about,” said Lindsay Vaught, Controller of Guild Mortgage. “It gives us the opportunity to have an open discussion on what’s happening in our departments and the industry as a whole.”
Attendees of this year’s Loan Vision User Conference will again have the choice to follow the User or the Executive tracks, both CPE certified. Those who select the User track will be led through the system by Loan Vision consultants, exploring the different areas of functionality and learning how to leverage the tools more effectively. The Executive track will feature industry thought leaders, peer-to-peer panel discussions, and Q&A sessions on key topics affecting the mortgage industry.
“Getting to meet our customers face-to-face helps add another component of personalization to our conversations. While we pride ourselves on our education and implementation process, a lot of it is done through phone calls,” said Beth Johnson, Senior Consultant at Loan Vision. “Being able to teach about the system in person, you can tell that the users are engaged and excited to learn which is something that doesn’t always translate over the calls. There’s no barriers, so you know that the people in the audience are there because they are as excited about what the system can do as you are.”
