Description

Loan Vision is hiring an implementation consultant who will report to the VP, Operations & General Manager of Loan Vision. As part of the Loan Vision deployment team, the Implementation Consultant will work directly with the Loan Vision project team, as well as multiple customer project teams to efficiently implement and onboard our customers to Loan Vision. Onboarding new customers to the Loan Vision software involves several project tasks that need to be completed in collaboration with project stakeholders. The Implementation Consultant will be assigned specific projects in which he/she will take ownership of the quality of implementing new customers on Loan Vision. The candidate is expected to currently have and or rapidly develop an extensive knowledge of the Loan Vision software and the mortgage banking industry.

Responsibilities:

Execute the ownership of being the project lead responsible for the quality of implementing Loan Vision for new customers as well as new projects for existing customers.

Deliver expert consulting for implementing all areas of the system, including but not limited to:

  • Chart of accounts setup
  • G/L data transfer from legacy systems
  • Loan imports from loan origination software (LOS)
  • Invoice approval and journal approval workflows
  • System integrations
  • Fixed assets
  • ACH and positive pay
  • Interim servicing
  • Commissions Setup

Train customers on areas of the system, including but not limited to:

  • General journals and recurring journals
  • Cash management, AP, payments, deposits, and bank recs
  • Financial reporting
  • Loan imports and loan level reporting
  • Fixed assets
  • Budgeting
  • Commissions

Carry out post go live support to ensure the customer’s users are learning how to perform all their job functions effectively in Loan Vision.

Experience:
  • Experience in the mortgage banking industry (preferred)
  • Experience using Loan Vision software or Microsoft Dynamics software (preferred)
  • 3-5 years business experience (preferred)

Educational requirements:
  • 4-year undergraduate degree in accounting, or equivalent experience (required)
